One of the worst attorney firms I’ve ever encountered, not only improperly cut me out of an estate as I was a co-personal rep for. Mis handled paperwork and refuse to even speak to me. The problem started when I called them out for padding their bill and it got worse from there. Use caution, they now won’t respond to voicemail or email and the estate is not yet closed. Warning, don’t point out their mistakes, you’ll pay dearly.
I highly recommend Willuams & Knack. Their level of caring service and professionalism is unmatched. They have handled my affairs for some time. Their customer service, attention to detail and personal attention is stellar.
Williams and Knack helped me with the purchase of a business. Adrienne was extremely diligent on the details of the contract and making sure it was in my best interest and there weren’t any liabilities exposed. Adrienne was also very responsive to any questions or concerns that I had. I trust Adrienne and her team and plan to use their services on the next business purchase or transaction.
I would not recommend Knack to anyone looking to transfer ownership in a company. She seemed more interested in pushing us to accept all concessions presented by the other party during negotiations than looking out for our best interest. Knack acted more like a messenger than an attorney. Very disappointed.
Ashley was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with settling my Grandmothers trust. They where able to help her make changes to her existing trust and help me as the executor see her wishes through after her passing.
