Very unhappy with the new setting. Prongs catching on everything. Ruined 1 sweater and 1 dress top. Took it back to be told that's how it is. Wasn't like that before. Put my trust in them to be very UNHAPPY. Thinking of taking it to another jeweler. Really cant afford that on SS.

I would rate Williams Jewelers as the top jewelery store to sell your gold or coins!!! I have delt with them for over two years and have not had one bad experience!! I am a small business owner and I buy and sell gold and silver coins and this is where I take my scrap gold. If you want a good honest offer and to be treated with respect go to Williams Jewelers!!!!!!!!
