My fiancé and I have had an amazing experience at Williams designing and purchasing our wedding rings and my engagement ring. Stephanie has helped us through this whole process, and has been so kind and patient with us since the day we met her. She helped us explore all of our options, called to update us on our orders regularly, and never made us feel pressured to make any purchases. We have a friend and jeweler for life with her! We couldn’t be more thrilled with our purchases and our experience.

The thing I appreciate most about Bruce Williams and everyone at Williams Jewelers is that they are more interested in great customer service than they are in making a quick sale. They are honest and upfront in all situations. Yes they have great products but first and foremost they care about their patrons. By patrons I mean anyone who enters their store, not just people who buy, or have bought, expensive jewelry or watches from them. Thank you Williams Jewelers!
Very friendly staff, personable and welcoming. I love the feel when I walk in and that the staff want to find and customize what you really love not just sell you anything to move product. I would recommend these guys to everyone!
