On behalf of my sister, who doesn't drive, so I taxi her everywhere: They give you an appointment on a day. They know they're closed! I have personally experienced it twice in four months. The one time we had to cancel due to a funeral. When we got to the next appointment, they claim they didn't make it at all. But that they would work her in and had already put the new appointment time in the My chart, so I couldn't prove then, when I actually Already had the appointment 45 minutes earlier!
