My wife was visiting family in the area, and our 2022 Palisade developed an oil leak. She was caring for her elderly Mom, and feared going to a dealership for the repair, but it was suspected to be under our extended warranty. So she took her Mom and went to Willams Hyundai. They took excellent care of her and got the vehicle in quickly. Solved the issue and sent her on her way.
Dealership is modern, clean, with pleasant staff. Purchased a new to me vehicle. Desmond was knowledgeable about the vehicle and what he didn’t know he was able to quickly obtain. During the process he kept me informed of what the next step was until the sale was complete. Overall positive experience.
I purchased a Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy only a few months ago, and while I was initially very happy with the salesperson and the vehicle, my experience since then has been extremely frustrating.
