In and out with an oil change in under 45 minutes. The last two times took over 2 hours. They are getting better.

The service department is the worst to deal with. Can't get someone to answer the phone. No call backs. They tell us the car will be ready to pick up in a date and we get there and the service has not been completed. I will never buy another Hyundai again
The online service booking does not work. It ate up a lot of my time and I still don’t have a service appointment. I also called to make an appointment, was directed to leave a message, and no one called me back. I guess they’re not really interested in doing any actual service.
