PARTS DEPARTMENT. I just purchased a used hyundai elantra and was going to perform maintenance on the transmission and went to this parts department for OEM cvt transmission fluid. The guy printed an invoice and the price was $37 a quart. I said, WOW that's expensive, trying to get him to lower the price. He said you want them or not. I said nevermind you can keep them. DO NOT USE WILLIAMS AUTO WORLD. Our family member bought her Hyundai from them brand new, now it has 39,000 miles on it and it left my wife stranded on the side of the road on the way to a Dr appointment. IT HAS BEEN 10 WEEKS AND THEY HAVEN’T EVEN DIAGNOSED THE ISSUE YET!!! 2.5 months and they refuse to even spend 10 minutes to diagnose it. They are also refusing to offer a loaner car. Williams Hyundai is hands down the best dealership we have ever gone to. Dwyane was amazing and helpful. We were in and out with our new 2026 Tucson in no time. We could not have asked for a better experience. While we know our Hyundai will last a long time, we will definitely be coming back if we ever decide its time to upgrade.
My car with only 39000 miles, acquired from Williams Hyundai stalled on me on April 13th and was completely undrivable, we got it towed to the business it was purchased from. I work in healthcare and commute longer distance to work and being without a vehicle for 10 weeks now without it being even looked at is truly unacceptable. I would give a .5 star at this point, but i need to make sure it records my disappointment. I will never buy another vehicle from Williams Autoworld. I have felt disrespected numerous times in my life, but this particular encounter with Williams, and the equally ineffectual Hyundai Customer Service line makes me feel like a true second class citizen.
