The online service booking does not work. It ate up a lot of my time and I still don’t have a service appointment. I also called to make an appointment, was directed to leave a message, and no one called me back. I guess they’re not really interested in doing any actual service.
After three messages left with no return phone call my wife and I went to the service department to make a appointment to fix my Palisades. After going inside found out they had one guy to take care of customers, answer the phone, return phone calls. This kid was incredible but overwhelmed. Went in to talk to service manager who managed to insult me numerous times instead of taking care of a customer that was upset. They knowingly sold me a car that the transmission is going out on. I asked over and over if there was anything wrong qoth the vehicle and they said absolutely not. They said they fixed everything. They knew the transmission was going and now they won't return my calls. Do NOT shop here. I have had much better luck at Sundance of you can believe. So disappointed.
