Update 9/21/26: on Thursday 9/17 after the dealership responded to my review stating to call Jarod, I did around 11:45am. Got his voicemail and left a message, no call back back 9/17 or 9/18. A follow up call was made today 9/21 around 10:15 and a note was left with the secretary for Jarid, no call back again today. I was really hoping to not have to write this review. I was really hoping to not have to write this review. If you don't know, you are entitled to a rebate on your extended warranty if you sell the vehicle prior to the term completion. We have done this on many vehicles/campers previously. I had sold my vehicle that I purchased from Williams Hyundai back in March 2026. I called the dealer to start the process of the cancellation. Very disappointing experience. We drove 1.5 hours to the dealership after discussing the vehicle over the phone. However, after speaking with the manager, the salesperson refused to let us test drive it. This should have been communicated beforehand. Wasted 3 hours of our time. Would not recommend.

I recently purchased a 2017 Toyota Corolla from this dealer and worked with Desmond who helped make the the entire process as painless as possible. I did not feel any pressure to purchase, was provided with all the details I needed on the car, and they made financing the vehicle easy.
