Professional, reliable, and inexpensive
The receptionist is awful!!! She hangs up on everyone! Get a new receptionist! I can't believe you let this woman still have a job!
I can relate to Andrew Heys review on here. The lady that answered the phone was totally hateful and hung up on me too. I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy! I've been without air for over a week now and they came out yesterday and installed a new unit inner and outer and it quit working again an hour after they left. There are no emergency numbers to call. They tell me they will be back today between 10 and 11 and it's now 12:30 and they pull up. Have not actually used this company, but they sent a tech to the incorrect tenant occupied property on 5/20 around 3:30pm. The woman that picked up the phone stated "They might be at the wrong house, I will take care of it." Click. I waited for a moment thinking certainly she has put me on hold and is going to report back. I never heard back so, naturally, I called back and spoke to the same woman.
