These guys do some if the best work I've ever seen when it comes to REAL hardwood flooring installation, sanding and refinishing. Commercial and residential. New construction and older homes.
I absolutely love the job Dave and his parter done on my floors... Dave was very courteous with my home ... We did plastic every thing and it saved a bunch of clean up so don't ever think that you are a crazy plastic person in this case overbord is better . But I've had 20 years of dogs and a leaking fish tank that had done a lot of damage to the wood under the carpet after pulling up the carpet in really thought it would have to have carpet again But a friend recommended Willams Hardwood Specialist and just like that I have... read more

Very disappointed in service, product and final performance of floor. Great sales job; downhill after that. I have had hardwood floors refinished in three houses, so I know what is acceptable. Unfortunately, this company did not meet standards.
