We’ve gotten 3, yes 3 vehicles from them. The first 1, transmission in the truck went out not even a year after having it and they said they couldn’t fix it because WOW you’re warranty JUST ended 3 days ago. I was stuck on the road for about 3 hours till I could get someone to help my while my husband was deployed. Williams groups said “we’ll we can get you in a new vehicle” LOL. They did. My husband (again deployed) tried his best over the phone bc I suck with vehicles. They took advantage and lied about how much it was to ... read more

RecommendedI bought a car from there 4 years ago and I haven't had any problems with it yet.
After telling the salesman my price range I guess it didn't fit their standards. I was led into the building and was promptly cut off by an employee who proceeded to sit in the customer chair and prop his feet up on the other chair, in what I believe was a symbolic way of telling me I wasn't welcome to sit down and talk. The guy behind the desk talked in a very rude manner telling me they had no cars and I would have no luck finding anything good for the price I was asking (around 4000). Bought a Camarillo there and the clutch has gone out two times in a year!! Before you haters get started I DO KNOW HOW TO DRIVE A STANDARD CAR.... been driving one for years! Now the parts are on back order for three weeks! Move on find a more reputable place to buy!!!
