Worst Customer Service – A women there was just completely rude, lied about when I would have the couch by, and seemed kind of nuts. Never will buy anything from there again because of her.

LIVING OOM FURNITURE – MY name is Ted Bulson and I baught a nice looking Living Room set that was delivered end of Nov 09, By the new year the couch was sagin so bad it hurts your back to sit in it and it now sits so low that you cant harlly get off of it. Nice products, poor service – At first, my husband and I were very impressed with Williams Furniture. We went in looking for a couch, and found a great sectional that we both fell in love with. The price was great and the in-store customer service was wonderful while we were trying to pick out our couch. Great Customer Service – My husband and I went shopping for a pair of recliners for his 88 year old mother. Our first stop was at JC Penny--specifically shopping for a featured item in the ad. Ready to purchase the recliners in the ad we were told that there would be a $30 delivery charge to the store (we were going to pick up the recliners ourselves), needless to say, we went shopping comparing sales and quality of the product. William's ---- great furniture, great service!!!! – My husband and I have always enjoyed their selection at William's. Anytime, and especially during a large sale they were having last Summer.
