I wish I could give them a 0. I have ordered flowers 4 times from williams flowers. This last time I had directions and asked for a notice with a picture of the flowers before they were sent. Never recieved a message or a picture. I actually left a comment on FB and they deleted it. So BUYER BEWARE. Use a local owner shop vs the franchise shop. I have reviewed lots of places and I can stress enough stay away. Flowers are expensive and you all and I deserve nice arrangements and decent customer service!

I had ordered “Premium” versus “traditional” flowers for a birthday. The cost difference was $50.00. The total cost of the flowers alone being $119.00. I was shocked when I was sent a picture of the flowers and only saw three roses and a few various daisies and other flowers. Certainly nothing to constitute a cost of $119 and be called premium. My husband paid 100 dollars for these Mothers Day flowers. The flowers are literally dead. I replaced the water as the card suggested still dead. We will never order from them again. I called them they said their flowers are guaranteed and would replace them. I never received a replacement.

Was supposed to get flowers delivered on Friday (valentines day) got towards the end if the day i tried calling to see if they were gonna get delivered. After a few calls I finalky get through to someone for them to lie to me and say they already got delivered. Gf check front desk admin no flowers delivered.. someone Saturday called me that they did in fact deliver on friday...
