I received flowers recently from your shop for Mothers’s Day. They are the worst flowers I’ve had from a flower shop. It looks like someone picked them up off the floor. They’re crushed, wilted and the colors are awful together. Will definitely warn people about the quality of your flowers.

Called 5 days in advance to get flowers to my mother for her 90th bday as I live out of state. Williams assured me they had it all under control and would send me a pic of the flowers they were going to deliver. I call my mother at 5:30pm to wish her happy bday and fishing about the flowers. No flowers. I call Williams they assure me they were "out for delivery". The driver calls me back and says she was "on her way" and I asked how far out - her answer 1 HOUR!
