The flowers were half dead when they were delivered on 2/12. Picture from 2/17. So disappointed
Do not use this service. Williams Flowers in Sequim is a “satellite location” for pick ups and the pick up system doesn’t work. The driver of my order made it all the way here from Silverdale and then couldn’t get inside, because it was closed? Why would your website allow an order to be placed with a date and location that would be closed? Email from Williams Flowers: “Not Delivered - Not Delivered got to the office, and the office was closed.” Big fail, super disappointing. No, it was not on a holiday.
