I ordered from this shop for Mother’s Day. They didn’t make the delivery so I called, and they told me they were going to deliver the day after Mother’s Day (did not give me a reason as to why they didn’t deliver in the first place). They offered me a store credit. I told them I would prefer a full refund. It’s bad enough to miss a Mother’s Day delivery and have no remorse. I've been here a few times and while the flowers are absolutely beautiful, I feel like the prices are a bit on the high side. Still, the arrangements are unique, and the shop has a lovely vibe. I'll probably come back for special occasions.

Incredibly disappointing. My husband has always gotten me bouquets from grocery stores in the past, and I told him I'd like my next bouquet from a florist, hoping for a better variety and better flowers. So he ordered an $80 mother's day bouquet from Williams. There were exactly 7 small tulips and a handful of Peruvian lilies and that was it. I am very disappointed with this flower place. I placed an order on line for a nice bouquets to be sent to my friend the total order was 145.00 which included a delivery fee to get there before a certain time. About an hour prior to the delivery I received an email saying they were going to upgrade as the flowers from the original bouquet were not all available.
