I am very disappointed with this flower place. I placed an order on line for a nice bouquets to be sent to my friend the total order was 145.00 which included a delivery fee to get there before a certain time. About an hour prior to the delivery I received an email saying they were going to upgrade as the flowers from the original bouquet were not all available. I received kind and prompt telephone responses from this business but was disappointed in the flowers sent to my Mother in law for her birthday. My bad- I did order online for delivery the next day. I picked from their ‘Same Day Delivery’ menu assuming this was representative of flowers they kept in stock. I understand it being March there’d probably be some substitutions…but pink, white, blue, green was changed to dark red plus sunflowers. Ordered flowers for my son's wedding and the process was easy and pain free. The flowers were exactly as expected and they even had extra rose petals for the flower girls. thanks for a great experience!
