If I could give them a zero review I would. I called them 3 times after ordering online to have flowers delivered on 9/11. One of the worst days for many. My goal was to help my sister find a bright spot in a tough day. I confirmed with them online and verbally. They did not deliver and never called me. When I called a fourth time they said it would be delivered a day late at their convenience. I was livid. They left me hung out to dry because it was convenient for them. We ordered last-minute boutonnieres and corsages from them for our wedding. They gladly accommodated our order and the lady on the phone was very helpful and happy to answer all our questions. They sent a photo of an example the day before and delivered them to the venue on time! Great experience.

They are wonderful! My brother and I use them frequently to send flowers to our mom! They are always prompt, and the arrangements are always well thought out and beautiful. Their customer service is also exceptional. They were able to move my order around day-of when I realized my mom was actually out of town on the original delivery date!
