I ordered the Premium Wondrous Devotion arrangement for my wife’s 16th anniversary, advertised as a mix of roses, snapdragons, and oriental lilies. What was delivered was only roses — nothing like the description or photos. After I reached out, the company apologized and offered a replacement. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE AND THIEVES! I’d give a negative 5 stars if I could. Spent $300 on flowers and chocolates for my mom. A Mother’s Day present. They chose the delivery date. My mom not only didn’t receive her flowers/chocolates but this company hasn’t responded to any emails or phone calls. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!!

Unfortunately I didn’t have the best first experience with this business. I purchased $123 bouquet for my mother in law that live locally while i live in the Midwest. On the Saturday before this recent Mother’s Day I called to just check the status of the delivery due to I’m 2 hours ahead and it was getting late my time and I had to work early hours the next day. Ordering online was easy. There were lots of pictures of the various arrangements, which made selecting the best one for my needs easy. Was pleasantly surprised when they texted a picture of the flowers before delivery to confirm if it was to my liking. Will definitely consider them again when I need to send flowers.
