Ordered flowers for my mothers birthday. They sent me a sneak peak of the bouquet. The flowers were brown and split, with only two types of flowers in the bouquet. Paid $70 and I was embarrassed to have it delivered. When I tried calling I got routed to an 800 number even though it says they’re family owned. I’d buy your flowers elsewhere for sure.

I ordered the Premium Wondrous Devotion arrangement for my wife’s 16th anniversary, advertised as a mix of roses, snapdragons, and oriental lilies. What was delivered was only roses — nothing like the description or photos. After I reached out, the company apologized and offered a replacement. However, the redelivery was attempted at 8:30 p.m. to my wife’s workplace, long after business hours, resulting in another failed delivery. This experience has been frustrating from start to finish. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE AND THIEVES! I’d give a negative 5 stars if I could. Spent $300 on flowers and chocolates for my mom. A Mother’s Day present. They chose the delivery date. My mom not only didn’t receive her flowers/chocolates but this company hasn’t responded to any emails or phone calls. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!!

Unfortunately I didn’t have the best first experience with this business. I purchased $123 bouquet for my mother in law that live locally while i live in the Midwest. On the Saturday before this recent Mother’s Day I called to just check the status of the delivery due to I’m 2 hours ahead and it was getting late my time and I had to work early hours the next day.
