Horrible Mother’s Day service. Asked for moms phone number for delivery and when flowers were delivered, were left at the gate 20 feet from the open door with my mom inside with no protection in the sun for 2+ hours before my mom went on a walk. Flowers were wilted and gross by then. Called and complained and was told fresh flowers couldn’t be delivered for another 4 days!!? Even though choosing one of those days earlier was possible? Such amazing service! They sent me a picture of the arrangement morning of delivery. It looked EXACTLY like what I had in mind! Top notch customer service and communication - highly recommend! I picked their name just randomly to deliver flowers for a friend who just lost her husband. So happy with their service!

Excellent service! I called from Hawaii to the Puyallup location for delivery in Puyallup. Julie and Karen were helpful, creative, got in to the spirit/sentiment of the bouquet and were simply wonderful. The primary bouquet was so colorful and artistic. Additionally, we had a 'special' ideas-one was a small add-on arrangement to be from the family dog. This was executed so well! Honestly, beyond 5 star seervice from the first phone call through the delivery.
