I had an unfortunate experience. I ordered two arrangements online. After receiving an email that I may not get the arrangement I ordered I decided to email and ask for a picture of what was being delivered. At first glance, the arrangement seemed okay, but when I zoomed in the flowers were clearly past their prime and greens were browned and half dead. Absolutely terrible. Paid for a special arrangement and delivery. Was texted a picture of what I wanted and it looked great. Completely different arrangement was delivered. Called to get it fixed and over 4 days they were unable to correct the problem, I asked for a refund and was told that it would be processed over a week later still no refund. I have used Williams flowers since moving to Washington in 2017, this will be the last time.
