Absolutely terrible. Paid for a special arrangement and delivery. Was texted a picture of what I wanted and it looked great. Completely different arrangement was delivered. Called to get it fixed and over 4 days they were unable to correct the problem, I asked for a refund and was told that it would be processed over a week later still no refund. I have used Williams flowers since moving to Washington in 2017, this will be the last time.
