Unfortunately, they installed an illegal fence blocking 25% of the cul-de-sac on Asherwoods Court in violation of Florida Statute 861.01 and Polk County land use code. Not only can we not get line maintenance from Lakeland Electric on the right of way, the road maintenance crew that is out there right now cannot pave according to the plat.

I needed two 12' chain link gates. I had called a number of places but they didn't have them, couldn't make them or the wait time was too long. Williams was able to make them and when I explained that I was trying to keep an Alzheimer's patient safe in his own yard they went out of their way and finished them even sooner than expected. I was installing them myself and they took the time to explain the hardware and how it should go, which made the installation a breeze.
