Very rude receptionist if she is like that then the whole staff is like that
Heard really good things about Dr. Williams and was looking forward to meeting with him... I had called to make an appointment to establish care, no asked what insurance what I had so I figured that meant they took most or all, I took off work, got some extra paper work on my health background ready, drove all the way there and got there early for my appointment and the front desk lady checked me in, I asked if she needed my insurance card and my ID and she said "oh, yeah probably..." then she handed it to another lady to sc... read more
Amazing doctor! He really cares! Not affiliated with any hospital so he can spend time with each patient. Really when out of his way to help my husband when he was seriouslt sick.
I have been going to doctor Williams for over 10 years.I love being able to see him everytime, no physicians assistant. I believe this is why his office is so busy. He is very caring and concerned. There sometimes is alot going on because he doesn't like to turn people away. I adore all the nurses!!!! When I had problems with my insurance company the ladies in the office went above and beyond to help get things fixed. You just don't find a great doctor like this anymore...
I go to William's family for more then 20 years now. I am very grateful for his care and compassion. His staff are GREAT also.
