Dr. Williams himself cares about his patients and listens to all my concerns. Jen is also the glue that holds the place together. She is so amazing! The main reason I didn't give 5 stars is because his (newer) staff is becoming more of gatekeepers and less of patient care focused it is starting to impede my care. After geing seen for an annual physical, i had to follow up multiple times about important maintenance meds for both me and hub that were not sent to the pharmacy. Dr Steve is a very knowledgeable and efficient physician. No bad experiences and always professional and direct.
Love Dr Williams! He is one of the last doctors who isn’t beholding to a medical system or hospital. This is his own family practice, so it has a very homey feel to it. Dr Williams takes the time to listen and does not try to force any medication or treatment on you that you don’t agree is the best idea. Kind, professional and treat you like family. Can’t say enough good things about him!
