Customer service lacking
I cannot just thank one doctor or staff member at Williams Eye Institute. I have to think every doctor and staff member at Williams Eye Institute. when I first went in to Williams Eye Institute with a problem with my eyes, they went above and beyond my expectations. They take the time to listen to you and explain what is going on with your problem from the doctors to the staff members are so kind there I would recommend them to anybody that has a problems. I don't usually do reviews, however this last visit was horrible. I felt as if l had done something wrong the way I was treated by this female doctor. She rush me out .She said because I had order my glasses on line that there was nothing she could do for me. I was there because I wanted to make sure the prescription in my glasses was the same as what was prescribed. The glasses felt as if they were a little strong. They are very professional and knowledgeable in the field of eye care. Their staff are very warm and attentive to your needs. First rate in every detail. I just had cataract surgery done on both eyes, and it was very successful. They gave me my vision back in ways I couldn't have ever imagined. I am so thankful and appreciative of the Williams family. I would very highly recommend them for any eye care issues you might have.
