This guy is just GREAT! The knowledge charisma and genuine desire to help people is unparalleled. Every time I go into see him I leave feeling great lol.. he's just fun to talk with during you visit. I have really bad astigmatism and this was causing me very poor depth perception as well as making it impossible to drive at night. He made scleral lenses for me that have taken my eyes back 30 years. They are comfortable and they fixed the depth perception as well as I can now drive at night. PRETTY COOL. .
Williams Eye Care Group. Do not go here unless: you want to get ripped off. The office manager told me that medicare would cover the exam, except for the deductible, since I was have cataracts looked at and evaluated. Then I get a bill for $110 for the rest of the exam which took five minutes. I also think my glasses from lens crafter were overpriced and crappy. Go the costco if you have a membeship. I won't go back. Its just a franchise anyway.
I decided to try lenscrafters as my companies insurance had recently changed. The doctor was nice but rushed me through the eye exam. At the end of the exam I didn't see the right way and asked to the doctor to review my prescription. He said it was 20/20 and told me that it was fine. I trusted him and ordered glasses. My glasses came in and I had a terrible headache due to prescription. Doctor said I would have to wear for a week before he would make any changes.
