What a great company to work with!!!! Whitney has the best c/s skills of anyone that I have ever dealt with and Lavone our sales person he does a great job of explaining every detail and the techs that installed our unit were super nice and Mike the head tech is a blessing in disguise. Not really going to say Williams deserves 3 stars except for the rude lady who answers the phone. Most of the problems come from Generac failures and inability to get parts during disasters.
I feel blessed to have found this company. The office staff is extremely pleasant, informative and efficient. The service personnel has the same professionalism and work ethic, seemingly a rare commodity in today’s world. The company we had dealt with prior was a nightmare. Not only unreliable but would make appointments for servicing our generator and then not show on multiple occasions (2 months). Highest praise for Williams Electric Service and Generators. ⭐️
