Dr. Williams is a true professional who has a tremendous amount of compassion and genuinely listens to her patients' concerns. She takes the time to get to the root of the problem, which is something I truly appreciate. Unfortunately, my experience with her new staff member, Julia (or Julie), was the complete opposite.
