This office is gorgeous. State of the art analysis technology. Doctor Williams and her staff are so kind.
Dr. Williams is a true professional who has a tremendous amount of compassion and genuinely listens to her patients' concerns. She takes the time to get to the root of the problem, which is something I truly appreciate. Unfortunately, my experience with her new staff member, Julia (or Julie), was the complete opposite. Had a great experience with dr.williams, and D'ana helping get my teeth cleaned and descaled. They were very detailed and professional will happily go again.
Buyer beware! This office is a scam! They lie about insurance coverage (they never run your insurance) and hold your money without providing services. There are no contracts that are legally binding. She will literally not take our calls or give a refund and we are currently disputing with our credit card company. DO NOT USE.
