Very impressed. A family member recommended them to me. She discovered them when she couldn’t get into her own dentist for emergency care. She had been so impressed by the contrast of care and expertise between her previous dentist and Williams Dental Care that she switched over to them and has been recommending them (to everyone) ever since. Best dental experience ever! Very clean, very thorough, very educational and the sweetest staff. My mother received the most caring dental experience. The staff was bilingual in Spanish and accommodated our last minute dental emergency with ease. I highly recommend coming here far all your dental needs. -Remy
Dr Franco Reyes is very professional and has a great Surgeon! I’m on post recovery from 4 wisdom tooth extractions currently on day 3 &. I did NOT swell up at all thanks to his expertise! Thanks again Dr Franco & Crew I will definitely recommend you guys verbally!!
Didn't get any work done because they have a policy in place that you can't bring your child back with you. Asked me to leave him in the lobby alone. So just a FYI for anyone that needs a family friendly dentist. This isn't going to be a place that will accommodate children. In my past experiences with other providers that have the same policy, it's never a good vibe. I can't speak to anything other that this. But as many of the reviews have mentioned its not a super welcoming atmosphere.
Better than Colusa Indian Dental but not by much. They did decent work on my tooth, and put in crowns. Everything seemed okay until I got home, I got a call demanding I need to go back and pay my balance. ( my insurance should cover it) The lady on the phone was rude and demanded I got back. Turns out, they never even ran my insurance at all. Every time I call they are rude, they need to take an etiquette class or something.
