2023 edit: William's has gone down hill. The showroom now looks dingy and staff is not as classy. I came to get my rings resized (they had both been custom made for me by William's). They said they could do one but refused to do the other, saying channel-set rings cannot be resized. They held on to my rings for about a week before telling me this. I want to have another jewelry store ! They are all leaving! I wonder why? It used to be so convient and close!
I've been a happy customer since they first opened. They give expert care and attention to us for all of those years. They designed many beautiful pendants and even my 40th anniversary band. I'm so glad to hear they are remaining open but wish the older regular employees (Marty and Mike) were still there.
Was looking to buy a gift, but the owner locked the door and told me I looked like a robber!?!? Eventually let me enter, but I decided to take my business elsewhere.
