Update to my review: Customer Service was excellent. Amber was respectful and she promptly addressed my concerns and offered a fair solution. I will still avoid using Williams for alterations, however I will not hesitate to use them for dry cleaning. I have had many items dry cleaned here with no issues. Avoid for Alterations!!! I brought two linen-blend sleeveless dresses here to have the straps shortened. $150 to dry clean two dresses RIDICULOUS For that kind of $$ you would expect it to be in a nice covering or at least a sturdy hanger - NOPE
