They have had my grandma’s SUV in the service center for a MONTH. Every time she calls it’s a new excuse about needing a part, needing a form, waiting on the part. They should not take vehicles in if they can’t fix them within the week. She has been without a vehicle for a month now and has to ask for a ride to go anywhere. Would not use the service department for anything.
