Franklyn is a hard working professional carpet cleaner. Our carpet has liquid dog waste around the corners and stain due to BBQ sauce. Franklyn managed to apply the right cleaner with minimal smell and lifted them almost 100%. His price is reasonable, yet delivers very sincere opinions and results using multiple equipment types. I will call him back again next year and recommends him to anyone who truly cares about their home.
Franklin definitely professional, polite, punctual, honest carpet cleaning businessman. His detailed respect for his equipment when bringing into my home, ie wheels of equipment covered with protectors. Job was best, dried quickly, price was great, highly recommend Franklin. Last week Franklyn from Williams Carpet Cleaning came to clean my carpets, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He promptly returned my calls, provided a fair estimate, and scheduled the job. On Wednesday , Franklyn arrived on time and did a thorough job. My 15 year old carpets looked refreshed, and the pricing was reasonable. He called back a few days later to make sure there were no issues. I highly recommend Franklyn and his company, and I’ll definitely be using their services again.
