I used Williams Carpet Care for my move-out cleaning. They did a superb job! The tech was able to get every spot and stain in the carpet and left our apartment smelling fresh and clean. I would recommend this family owned company to anyone! Really a cut above the rest.
Well first off they were 2 hours late from the time they set up the appointment. Secondly the ESTIMATE they gave me was way off I get maybe 50 to 75 because a estimate is a estimate but for it to be almost 200 off is crazy. Carpet looks good so as of the employees good job. But if you go with these ppl make sure you have nothing else planned for the rest of the day and plan on to spend 200 more then they quoted.
