Went by Williams Buick GMC to pick up an SUV . Picked out what we wanted . Talk to Angelo, he walked us through the process and paper work . Angelo had it gased up and detail . We did pay it off as well. Then Angelo put the tag on it for us and we were ready to go. Angelo is a really down to earth guy. He said he was From Haiti's , but he sounds like one of us . LOL. Terrible experience toward the end. Salesmen was great in the beginning but they sold the vehicle we were in negotiations on. I told him the exterior colors I wanted and he got very sassy with me. I purchase a bunch of vehicles each year for my business, this dealership lost out on a relationship with me. Very sad situation. Don’t go with a dealer that cares more about selling than people. People always come first and sales will follow. They have it twisted.
