My vehicle stalled out as I turned onto Bells Mill from Preston. Two gentlemen pulled over to help me. They tried to push my vehicle up the road and even had someone come with their truck and tow strap to pull me into their lot. Chris, Shane and Jimmy were so incredibly helpful as I was freaking out trying to figure out what happened, what to do with my vehicle and picking up my kids in time. It is not often people that people go out of their way to help others. It shows the character of the people who work here!
Starting having miss fire issues on the highway yesterday afternoon. Big Mike Jimmy and Mason got us on the road after just a few hours today. Great service, knowledgeable, and nice people. If you’re having issues with your rig, go here.
Don't let the size/stature of big Mike put you off. He's a humble guy that has a "Customer is King" mentality, and it shows in his shop. Getting my 2016 Volvo rig in and out, while doing the job right the first time was top priority by him and his guys. I appreciate the accuracy and speed the guys down there did at getting me back on the road. Definitely recommend for all your service needs!
I am unbelievably impressed with this establishment. From start to finish, the process was simply unmatched! Pricing was very reasonable, staff was knowledgeable, and the work that was done for me was beyond expectation. I would highly recommend this company.
