I personally would not recommend.Bridget McDaniel who had us sign a fee agreement and ran with it. We had little communication as to what she was going to do and charge. We was horrifically surprised when we got the bills..She did the work we already was paying our real estate broker to do, such as writing offers and counter offers, as well as charging us for reviewing the offers .She also took it upon herself to do the job that the title agency normally does with their in house attorneys when preparing for closing on a home... read more
