RecommendedThey always do a good job on anything I need but truly went above and beyond today. I had a tire going flat quickly and pulled up right after they had already closed for the day. They were so gracious and tried to see if they could temporarily plug the hole to get me by but were unsuccessful. I was able to just leave my car with them for them to fix tomorrow. They have a serious disrespect for their customers and a complete lack of service .
I like to come here because they are all so friendly and always ask me before they do anything extra to my car ... that is a plus no surprises here. thanks for being so kind and respectful.
My gf broke down on 167 and I suggested she call Williams because they were very professional. Things have changed. After taking her information, including the make, model, and YEAR of the vehicle she had the vehicle towed to Williams. THEN, they tell her they won't look at the vehicle until she pays over $200 (it may have been $300) just to diagnose the vehicle. I would have normally agreed with all these other people, but apparently things change. This has cost her extra money (an extra tow to Sheridan from EE) and cost us... read more
These guys are AMAZING!!!!! They will treat you like family and as if your car was their own. They don't upsell you on anything. They just tell it like it is, and get straight to the point of your problem. They're thoughtful, kind, generous and they know what they do and do it well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!!!!
Not only are they amazing when it comes to auto repair, they are a great group of folks.
