After the dealer quoted us thousands of dollars for new brakes and a few other things, we took it to Williams Automotive for a 2nd opinion. Scott test drove our minivan and did a thorough inspection. He told us the brakes were fine (8mm on the front pads, 5mm on the rears). He said we needed to change out the motor mounts at some point, and told us exactly what that would cost. Scott and his staff at Williams Automotive were communicative, honest and clean. I am impressed with the affordable rates here as well.
I was traveling through on a trip back home and had an issue with my window stuck open and rain coming. They got me right in and fixed the issue. Super nice and honest people. I would highly recommend them. Another mechanic in town recommended them. That says a lot!
