Bought a Ford Taurus 1999 from them today, both Mr Williams and his son were very friendly and made the whole experience of buying a car very pleasant. When I test drove the car I noticed a small rattle from under the driver seat, and when I brought up this concern to them they told me what the problem was (lose heat shield) and not only fixed that issue but did a fresh inspection and replaced the back breaks and a sway bar link for free.
