On Sept. of 2023, I had a Bose radio combo, got into the car and the radio was not working properly. My husband had called to check to see if they could work with my 2021 Cadillac XT5 to have it reflashed. My car is displaying a black screen that says in multiple languages, 'Update Failed, Return to Dealer." No biggie. He made the appointment, and they yes they could reflash my car.
