1 star rating only because 0 stars isn't an option. They advertise on national automotive sales sites, then fail to answer any phone calls, return phone calls from voicemail, reply to emails, or respond to texts. I've tried for 3 days to contact them. They wasted a lot of my time by advertising a vehicle that I could not even talk to them about. I live 2 hours away from them and wish not to blindly drive there hoping the vehicle is still in stock.
Whole process was great and the customer service is impeccable. Brian made everything very easy, and they have an awesome mechanic on sight. Thanks Williams Auto Land! We love our car!!
