My sister had tubes put in her ears in the office. It hurt really bad, her cutting the ear drum to put it in. My sister cried during it. At a follow up appointment, Dr. Williams had the nerve to call her a cry baby then proceeded to get my sister in front of her staff and say it again. Just imagine what she says behind patients backs!!! Very unprofessional!!! We have found a new ENT and will never go back to her again!!! Good experience with Dr. Williams. I thought it was my Hearing that I went to 👀 her for. I had a very bad Nose infection.. Dr. Williams was right on Point. Had to wait for a long time though..

Excellent Staff! Wayne Wilkins is amazing; he actually listens and shows great care about my health and experience. I am so glad I found this office :-) I highly recommend it!
