Dr. Williams is great but the office staff is not. They don't follow up with insurance for prior authorizations for medication. Over a week later and I still do not have my eye drops. My insurance company said they will cover it but the office is not submitting the proper information for them to do so. I called this office every day for a week and they still can't do their job. Dr. Whitherell is great but his staff all needs to be fired. They call you with so much attitude. It wasn’t a one time thing. Happened multiple times to all my family members. Honestly it is not worth going to a good doctor if you will be treated awfully by the staff.
Dr Williams is the best. Great doctor with a great staff.
A dream come true. After having poor sight all my life, I then developed a cataract which made me essentially "night blind" in my right eye. I now can see with nearly perfect vision without the aid of glasses or "readers" or a contact in the other eye. The procedure and recovery was easy.
