That's so not true. The staff is so accommodating. Its your job not their job to get an insurance referral. They called and explained it to me clear as a bell and it was detailed but not bad to do. FYI, most offices don't even call you and you pay the full price...so be grateful people that you were informed graciously.
Dr. Williams is great but the office staff is not. They don't follow up with insurance for prior authorizations for medication. Over a week later and I still do not have my eye drops. My insurance company said they will cover it but the office is not submitting the proper information for them to do so. I called this office every day for a week and they still can't do their job. Literally all they have to do is go on the computer and answer 4 questions in order for my insurance to cover the medication. The Dr's. Here sadly sh... read more
Dr. Whitherell is great but his staff all needs to be fired. They call you with so much attitude. It wasn’t a one time thing. Happened multiple times to all my family members. Honestly it is not worth going to a good doctor if you will be treated awfully by the staff.
Dr Williams is the best. Great doctor with a great staff.
