I’m writing to tell you about my experience I had with your company today. I submitted an inquiry online looking to get a compressor installed. A short time later I was called by one of your technicians, Lawrence. Lawrence was very caring and empathetic when he talked to me. A member of our service team by the name of Kevin answered a service call to my home last month. He was the MOST knowledgeable and courteous young man that I had the pleasure of meeting. He found the problem and fixed it in a very short order. If I need your service again, I would like Kevin to answer my call.

My home owners warranty contacted Williams & Fogg to come for a service visit. I spoke with dispatcher who sent a technician to my home. The tech was very pleasant, friendly, and took the time to explain what was going on with my ac unit. It was determined it was my compressor, Mark came back out to install the new compressor but he was sent the wrong part. After finally receiving the right one, he determined another problem but was able to get my AC working. I can’t say enough kind words to the staff for being understanding... read more

Since I first contacted Williams & Fogg they have been so helpful and professional. The tech got here on schedule and did a great job. I will definitely call them again next time I need their help.

Honest and fair – When they first got here, they recognized that someone (another company) had been here before them. The technician from the other company had said that the problem was with the electricity, not the AC unit. However, Williams and Fogg looked at it and said it was definitely a problem with the unit. I would definitely use Williams and Fogg again. I felt that they were honest and fair and did a thorough job.

Nice Job – Albert came to my house to assess our heat pump. It was determined one of our units needed to me replaced. Albert worked with our warranty company to secure the new pump and additional parts. He installed it in a timely manner with Chris. I was impressed that Albert communicated clearly with me about where we were at in the process and when he would be arriving at my home. He and Chris worked efficiently.
