Dr Zimmerman is a 5 star doctor, he deserves better people to represent his profession. I ended up having to cancel a follow up appointment, due to his schedulers atrocious customer service skills. You all encourage people to call the main service line, when there's an issue, but whoever is running that must be the scheduler too. I ended up having to get a different urologist, and I can't say that I was happy having to make that choice.
Horrible staff that is very disrespectful. The receptionist named Jennifer is horrible and very disrespectful. Doctor Zimmerman seemed so nice but the receptionist ruined our plans to go there for a procedure.
