William is attentive and available. During our search he has listened to our needs and concerns and changed the guidelines of our search when we asked. Although we have not yet found the house we’re looking for he always makes himself available to show on short notice and keeps us in the loop with activity from the market that fits our wants and needs. I have bought several homes in my lifetime and I highly recommend William to anyone looking to explore the housing market.

We were on a time crunch to get my father's house sold. William was incredibly helpful with timing, scheduling cleaners, getting the yard cleaned up, and the inside staged (it was beautiful). My siblings and I were beyond stressed - never having had to do this before, and William made it very easy by being accessible, knowledgeable, handling our sometimes hard-to-handle dad, and easing all our minds. The house sold in two days!
