Dr. Waterfield is only after money and is not honest about possible outcomes of medication side effects and treatment plan. He absolutely ruined my life and he has no integrity or compassion afterwards to fix the problem that he created. He only relies on medication and kick you out within five minutes of meeting. Save yourself the nightmare and look for a different psychiatrist. He is hands down the worst psychiatrist I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I’ll be reporting him to the board and filing an official complaint.
Dr. Waterfield exemplifies integrity and caring. He is an excellent listener with a kind bedside manner. I have found him to be intelligent and trustworthy over many years of treatment. I am fortunate to have him as my doctor and can always count on him to do what's right. He is reliable and competent.
I can see how some people could take his directness and sense of humor badly. If you want someone to coddle you into comfort, he is not the Psychiatrist for you. He is honest and he is direct. He will not beat around the bush or phrase things ‘nicely’. He may not be the right doctor for you but he absolutely was for me.
Argumentative and unprofessional. I did not trust his judgement. I was shocked to review my medical record which reflected his opinion but lacked pertinent information given and even was inaccurate. It will end up being your (the patient or family's word against his). I would give zero rating if I could. My advice is to avoid this psychiatrist based on my experience.
He is negligent and should have his license revoked .
Most unprofessional doctor ever. He canceled my appoinment without any prior notice. He told me to shut up and he only cared about what he had to say he didnt even care to listen. His license should be revoked.
