Called today to be seen due to pneumonia. I was told the next appointment couldn't be made for another 9 days. They could not suggest another clinic or any other recommendations. Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HELP
After many years of going here. I am changing offices. They charged me no show fees, that they claim their so called automated service called and notified me. Then they go and reschedule me without notice. Love the Doctor. but, the office needs to realize that the auto call doesn't work. Tried to explain but, they pretty much called me the fibber.
She is a doctor who take care of her pahumtient like her own. Thumb up. Will recommend to others.

Went to her for two years and I forgot my id for one appointment and she refused to see my daughter. I live 45 minutes away and her staff was not accomidating at all. I'm looking for a new doctor. She was a good doctor and I really liked her but I guess she didn't want my business.
I went to this clinic. Had a 3:50 appt. was there 10 min early. And by 4:30 still hadn't even been taken back but people who arrived after me where being seen. Unfriendly nurses and only had a nurse practitioner there! Go some where else .
I have been seeing Dr. Massey for over 4 years now and love him and his office. They are all very friendly and I feel the medical care that AI receive is exellent.
