Dr. Wagner is intelligent, engaged, genuine and truly interested in seeking productive solutions. Very impressive! Also, Richins Eye Center staff is friendly and efficient as well.

Dr. Wagner spotted a problem in my regular checkup and identified two rather serious problems. Then he recommended a solution. He is smart, thorough, and professional but he’s personable. A rather rare combination. He treats me like an intelligent adult with some knowledge of the eye. I appreciate that.
Dr. Wagoner was extremely professional and proficient, carefully explaining every aspect of the eye exam. He also helped me understand the symptoms I experienced prior to my visit. Overall, the experience was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, and I would highly recommend Dr. Wagner.
