Extremely unprofessional. I was just yelled at and hung up on by the receptionist, all because I asked when it's a good time to call. For the context, I've called Hurtt's office multiple times and each time was told to leave a voice mail with my phone number and that they would get back to me. I found William through my local Chamber here in West Hollywood and he is clear the smartest CPA I have ever had. His work is accurate, timely and always reasonable in price. I have had a few CPA's over my life time and William is going to be my last....look no further....jeff
