When you have a PA lie . That's not ok. I have other physicians that will prove that the PA lied. Then when the people who handle the complaints do NOT return your calls . So NOT professional! It's all connected to Hartford Healthcare!!!

If I could give half or zero stars, I would. Honestly, it's already a sub par hospital with the times my family and I have come here. But to make matters worse, my wife has severe medical issues that need to be attended to. It takes forever to get an appointment to have them looked at in the first place. Now the staff is so incompetent that she already had to wait 35 minutes past when she got here and checked in to find out (drumroll please).... They never checkerd her in formally. My name is Ann Lancellotti. Retired RNBSNLNC(Legal Nurse Consultant). My 42 yr old daughter presented to your ER with c/o hypertension-200/100, chest pain, dizziness, and diaphoresis on September 16th. Not only did she wait for 3 hours WITHOUT cardiac monitoring and observation by licensed staff, she was Not placed on cardiac monitoring in the main treatment area once there. Worst hospital! It doesn’t work like emergency care , it’s like cafe where nurses and doctors are enjoying themselves, they don’t care about patients at all!!!!!

The ER doctor and nurses were outstanding. They took care of me immediately not only were they professional, but also diagnosed me extremely fast.
