I wish you gave the option for zero stars I was discriminated against for having state insurance today by the staff. Do not recommend the place to anyone. I spent four hours there and left not being treated because I felt disrespected
Phoned the hospital for information about the ER The operator was so rude I understand she may have had a busy day but her job is to guide people to the proper department Be Kind
Backus hospital is no good simply because they had my client aspirate because they did not follow the clients needs. The client ended up with aspiration, pneumonia. They clearly did read her medication list.
