I don't know where to start but for someone with my condition, I got the worst treatment and made things worst. The nurses at the ER were all horrible, not compassionate at all and sad to say somewhat races abd can prove it;they can't even whisper right. After complaining about them, they all treated me worst or SHOULD I SAY NO TREATMENT AT ALL EXCEPT WHEN I WAS IN THE TRIAGE WHEN TOOK MY BLOOD PRESSURE AND WEIGHT ONLY. I am experiencing the worst pain of my life and I was ignored at this hospital today 11/29/25 Every time I have came to back emergency room, I feel like I’m not taken seriously and like the nursing team doesn’t care. I also told them that I had a surgery two months ago, which could be a contributing factor to why I’m in so much pain. I Waited in the lobby for 40 mins, The waiting room wasn’t full. This place saved my life when I was at my lowest. I mean, literally saved my life and gave me hope again. There isn't one bad staff member in the whole building. They go above and beyond. Thank you so much for everything.
Siguen los APRN y Doctores haciendo lo mismo buscan empleados de limpieza para Traducir, rompiendo la confidencialidad del paciente HIPA… y negando intérpretes cualificados violando el Título VI de los derechos civiles. Ya advocate varias veces por esto, se lo notifiqué a la Trabajadora Social del hospital en una ocasión y sigue ocurriendo en emergencias, parece que solo mejorará luego de hacer una queja en CHRO o Disability Rights.
