A caretaker made my friend cry and feel stupid for asking for help after a traumatic experience.
This trip has been a one off experience with nothing bad to say about the floor I’m admitted onto (A2). Unlike the Er/Ed, the nurses and doctors (with one bad apple having a bad day for sure) have been nothing but kind, respectful, supportive and helpful

Absolute worst ER. Unfortunately, I had to go there for a broken hand recently. But they were more concerned with other things and forgot to cast on my hand. Absolutely useless Doctors will never go back again. Would rather Drive an hour to Yale than to ever go to that hospital again.
