Due to an accident two extensor tendons were severed on my right hand. I was able to see Dr. Vitello within two days of the incident. Surgery was scheduled to repair the tendons 48 hours after the initial visit. Dr. Vitello explained the surgical procedure in laymen’s terms and was considerate and patient in responding to my inquiries. There were no issues during the surgical procedure.
