I broke and dislocated my thumb in a fall in May, and Dr. Vitello did a wonderful job dealing with a very complex combination of issues. I had three surgeries over the summer, and Dr. Vitello and his team made the whole experience as painless as possible. Dr Vitello helped turn my horrible accident into the best possible outcome. I had severed 80% of the nerves in my dominant hand from a kitchen accident, Dr Vitello advised that surgery would be necessary for any hope of healing. The surgery was quick and simple (for me), and feeling in my hand has been coming back more every day. I am very grateful for his and his teams help
