Dr Vitello did an excellent job making sure my broken right wrist was able to have 100 per cent of my strength back. He explained everything and made sure I had the right occupational therapist to heal completely. I’m 5 weeks post surgery now and have a little more healing and strength training to go but I have complete confidence in Dr Vitello and Shiori my occupational therapist 😍
Dr. Vitello did a wonderful job with my wrist surgery! Surgery went well and the scarring afterward is minimal. The rest of the staff at Illinois Bone and Joint Institute were incredibly kind and helpful.
Great doctor. It's like I never broke my wrist
You know it's bad when you meet other patients in physical therapy that are complaining about the same doctor you have. Dr. Vitello has the bedside manner of someone that hates you. I was under his care for three months and he never spent more than 5 minutes with me, didn't explain my injury or my MRI to me, never gave me notes from the visits, and when I had questions he was immediately dismissive and said he "Can't predict the future."
