I interviewed quite a few orthodontists and checked their offices before I chose this practice . Dr. Dolgi cuts the unnecessary costs and passes the savings onto the customers. If you would like to pay for overhead, extra staff, and an upscale office, then steer clear of this practice. If you prefer to pay for the services and no additional bs,then this is your kind of doctor. I saw Dr. Dolgi as a teenager in high school around 2014 and stayed for some time. This review is long overdue. Dr. Dolgi has a clean office, is very flexible, and a great beside manner. We had a lot of good fun talking between treatment for my braces and he always was accommodating. I've heard him speak several languages well, and he was always up front and no nonsense. I was recommended to Dr. Dolgi by my dentist and it was the worst recommendation they’ve given me. When I shared my experience with my dentist, he immediately stopped recommending him to all of his patients. My dentist was appalled by his careless work. I was 12 when he put on my braces and Dr. Dolgi was extremely rough when he would change out my wires and change the color of my bands. I would leave his office in tears frequently. Dr Dolgi is a great doctor. He has done braces for my 3 children. Plus two of my adult friends. His prices were so reasonable by comparison, we drove in from North West suburbs. Highly recommended.
Let's my son in the middle of a treatment, and drops him because of insurance issues, and didn't remove his braces
