Very unprofessional, they DO NOT return phone calls! better off finding a different office because they will eave you hanging. was trying to reach this business with questions about there services wanting to create an appointment. Called Thursday, no Answer, left a message, same thing for Friday, called over the weekend, called Monday, called Tuesday ETC. it took them about a week just to respond to me, unfortunately this is the office that my insurance company assigned, well not for long. This place is a joke!
I agree with a previous review in that “unprofessional is an understatement”. It honestly felt they are there solely to charge your insurance company, make a quick buck, but not to provide any preventative or restorative care. I switched insurances, which means my previous care with Padre Dental(excellent service!) was now out of network. I’ve been going here since I was a little kid! Almost 20 years later and I’m still here. Couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.
When I booked the appointment I told the staffer xrays were taken last year and I could have them emailed to her but she said they would take new xrays. My insurance only covers xrays once every three years so they billed me for it. I requested that charge be dropped today but they would not drop it so I let them know I would not pay it and I would contest the charge if sent to a creditor. Other than that I had a good experience with this dentist.
The easiest and most pain-free dental treatments I have ever had, everyone is really friendly and contributes to an overall safe experience.
